La Sposa Couture is a cluster that mainly acts as trade fairs and large events’ organiser relying on its international team’s skills, competencies, and experiences in different strategic areas.

Founded in the Netherlands, it groups the most significant actors of the Luxury Fashion Industry with a specific knowledge acquired in the high-end ceremonial sector of the Euroregion and it is active, for members development, in several countries around the world.

The cluster who is a member of many professional networks, gathers information, and creates the conditions for its spread also thanks to conferences organised and workshops held during trade fairs.

La Sposa Couture cluster, in its role of trade fairs organiser, represents a catalyst in the encounter of supply and demand at the right time, according to the calendar of each sector or business.

La Sposa Couture team’s flexibility and eclecticism allow the organization to pay attention to the smallest details.

According to the target audience, the presence of an internal Marketing department allows maximum visibility for each exhibitor.

As a cluster, La Sposa Couture also implements training programs for its member companies that cover aspects linked to the technological, ecological, and socially responsible transition, as well as the management of new and multiple stakeholders from different cultures and functions, and the enhancement of the public/private dialogue. The training programs are also dedicated to the orientation, compliance, and preparation of companies to the commercial interaction and network development with the European Internal Market and the international one. In-depth workshops have been planned on the cluster’s cultural and technological aspects of activity and specific ones dedicated to each ongoing project.

La Sposa Couture operates as a cluster for industry players operating in the Fashion Luxury industry in the Euroregion. Its collaboration activities have a particular focus on Germany, Italy, and Finland, where the cluster organises and promotes trade fairs and events supporting also the management of hosting facilities and show spaces, with the following thematic focuses:

Bridal
The first vocation of La Sposa Couture is the Bridal B2B world. The in-depth knowledge of the bridal sector, the know-how inherited from over ten years of activity in the sector, and the expertise of the team, allows the creation of events also optimised for the preview presentation of new collections.
In this field, the organisation created the Rome Bridal Week, which every year opens the calendar of international bridal events: an event that counts thousands of visitors and producers from all over the world every year, allowing the encounter and cooperation of industry players, institutions, and research organisations, and the dissemination of best trends and practices in the sector, and the promotion of their researches to the wider public.

Fashion & Ceremonies
The knowledge of the clothing sector also extends the organisation’s interest in high fashion and ceremonies. This is the context in which the Rome Fashion Week took place representing a unique event of its kind, hyper specialised and dedicated to sector operators. Every year it opens the season for the presentation of the new ceremonial collections and offers the opportunity to participants to share information, knowledge, data, and to promote innovations within the sector. During these events, learning activities are intensively performed on subjects such as innovation, green practices, human rights, and gender equality policies.

Food
For the Food trade, La Sposa Couture promotes two active events:

  • Italy International Cake Show:An event dedicated to Cake Design, Chocolate, and Pastry, designed for both professionals and enthusiasts, who have the opportunity to meet the masters of the sector, participate in courses, learn new techniques, and exchange knowledge.
  • Rome Food Excel: The new B2B event dedicated to the food industry. It is open to companies from all over the world, the first edition will take place at Fiera di Roma in 2022.

Cluster’s activities are:

  • The animation of the cluster to facilitate collaboration, information sharing and the provision or channelling of specialised and customised business support services, by:
    • Sector and cross-industry research and knowledge sharing and transfer
    • Alert for EU calls for funding and tenders
    • On demand consulting services in strategy, marketing, communication, project management, events management, stakeholder management, and support in administrative and financial activities
  • The marketing of the cluster to increase participation of new undertakings or organisations and to increase visibility, by:
    • Commercial material hosting
    • Trade fairs and events organisation and promotion
    • Matchmaking for partnership initiatives between members and external entities (such as suppliers, buyers, tech solutions providers, techno parks, research centres, universities, think tanks, etc.)
  • Facilities management in occasion of fairs, trade shows, matchmaking, and collaboration events
